Corona Virus, 5G And The Anti-Christ.

Recently, a speculation had been going on social media and even offline about the relationship between COVID-19 and 5G network. By the way, 5G network is a super speed mobile network that can download and upload data of 10 to 20 GB within a second. It was formally launched last year (2019) and since, it has been installed in some cities of the world. 

The network is the initiative of the Chinese based telecommunications company; Huawei Ericsson, Samsung and others. 5G network is huge step in the development of technology worldwide and it would have been welcomed by all and sundry if not for rumors that it is connected with the advent of Corona Virus and NWO (New World Order).

The New world Order is a rumoured powerful organization that consists of some powerful men and women worldwide whose major objective is to bring the whole world under the same government, thereby fulfilling  the biblical prophecy of the end time.

Initially, many people have been pointing accusing fingers at China for being the cause of the outbreak of Corona Virus which is now a global menace.  Even the president of the United States has been referring to it as  "Chinese Virus”. 

Some people said that the virus was mutated and that there is a conspiracy to wipe out or reduce the population of some countries and that was why the virus was genetically mutated in the first place. To support this argument, some people said that how come that in China where the virus first broke out and with the largest population in the world (1.3 billion people), China has a relatively lower mortality and infection rate from the virus while countries like the United States of America with far lower population and stronger economy and resources has a higher mortality rate and the infection in the US keeps soaring to unbelievable heights daily.

I don’t support the arguments above and I have always maintained my stance that the US had been careless (just like Nigeria) in preventing this outbreak. The US government should have closed the border when it still could but the government was considering the economic impact it would have on the people of America but now, the impact is far greater than it would have been if the borders hadubeen locked down. The same mistake happened to Nigeria. The Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari only gave the lockdown order for Nigerian international airports the following day his daughter came back from UK; I believe that it was the same daughter that was using the presidential jet last year for some school projects, what a shame!

Back to the discussion, China had combated this disease alone when it first broke out.  Many countries had not been sympathetic or render any help to fight against it. Thousands of Chinese died and some major cities in China were on lockdown. No one complained then. Now, the Chinese government had risen and taken proactive measures that effectively helped China to scale through.

 There are no longer new cases of the virus in China as we speak because the government there had been responsible whereas not even the almighty US fared better.

The issue snow is this; some people have been accusing Huawei’s latest communication technology (5G) as the cause of the virus in the first place. They said that the 5G has so much radioactive emissions which weakens the immune system and makes the people vulnerable to the virus.

 All these had been going on for almost one month before another angle came out that there is a grand conspiracy by the organization I mentioned earlier- The New World Order. The rumour claims that the organization actually in conjunction with the owners of 5G network are creating a vaccine for people against the corona virus BUT the vaccine contains a global tracking chip and once injected in a person, the person automatically becomes a carrier of the sign of damnation spoken of by the bible, 666, even pastor Chris Oyakilome recently supported this claim in a video and the video is attached to this post. A popular Nigerian Senator, Dino Melaye had been quite vocal against the network. On his twitter handle, he said “Let us keep managing our 3G. Even the 4G that we have here in Nigeria is useless, now you are talking about 5G that is evil”

I believe the Bible as the word of God and that everything prophesied in it shall come to pass but I don’t believe this claim. It is preposterous. It is even against the Bible. If you read your Bible well, before the anti-Christ can come, Jesus must have come first and take away the saints. In the chaos following the disappearance of the saints, the antichrist will rise to establish his government. After that, there will be a New World order that will bring the whole world under the same government.

Let’s not get these words of God twisted.

So in my candid opinion, I think the 5G network is just like any other breakthrough in technology and these reactions are very natural because humans don’t take lightly to change.  Even when fire was first discovered by the first cave man, other cavemen had ran from him for the fear that he had brought evil to them. The world at one point or the other had always had critics who see evil from each innovation. This time is not different.

I respect Pastor Chris and I have been blessed at different times by his words but in this case, I beg to differ: 5G network may have nothing to do with the antichrist or the new world order for that matter. This can only be true unless the Lord Jesus had come and all of us had missed the rapture without knowing!
